Fall Fun

We've been having a lot of fun enjoying all sorts of Fall activities with Isaac this year.  On Saturday we had a great time at the Kinder Farm Fall Festival with Mommom and CharliePop.  Decorated hay bales, animals, crafts, mini tractor rides, hayrides, farm animals, food, and people watching...Isaac's top favorite parts of the day were the trees and the pony ride.

Isaac had and loved his second ever pony ride, and coincidentally it was with the same pony he rode two weeks ago at the Linthicum Day Festival.  This time we learned her name was Candy.

After the pony ride Isaac discovered some really cool trees.  He just loves trees!

Then we went on the longest (hay-free) hayride ever.  Right as we were about to get on, Isaac got very interested in a set of steps.  He got VERY upset that he couldn't climb the steps to nowhere.  You can see some lingering tears in some of these hayride selfies.

By the time we ate lunch, Isaac was clearly exhausted and ready for a nap.  We still had a few tickets to "spend" before going home, so Isaac went on a mini tractor ride and we used the rest of our tickets to get some house plants.

After the tractor ride we ran into Jodi, Jamal, and Jarrett. We got in a few uncooperative photos before Isaac got distracted (again) by the goats.

Right before we left Isaac got a second wind when he discovered the goats.  He ran over to the fence, squatted so he could see, and just stared happily.

He was very sleepy on the ride home.

Later that night we got Isaac in his jammies and let him stay up a little past bedtime for a backyard fire and some star gazing.

And a few other random shots from the week...

Isaac has been working on his two-year molars, and has been handling it pretty well.  Naptime the other day required several teething devices to relax, but he kept a smile on his face the whole time.
